One of my tires came loose on my truck at no fault of Ford but my own. I got towed to Riviere du Loup and dealt with Impact Ford. I immediately felt at home and the friendly staff was patient with me trying to explain what I needed. They were very helpful and made my problems a priority so I was able to continue on my trip with my family. Thank you very much Impact Ford! You people are top notch!!!!
